Office Improvements gives Mercy Hospital warm, friendly look.
The Mercy Hospital, in Cork, was redecorating St. Anne’s Ward and wanted to have a reception desk that was the focal point of the ward.  They wanted the new desk to reflect a warm, friendly and fun personality with a functional quality.

Architects O’ Riordan Staehli chose Office Improvements for their expertise, product selection and service. The nursing team was consulted to ascertain what requirements they had.  This involved reviewing current administrative functions, nursing requirements and profiling patients.

The result is a stunning new reception desk that is getting rave reviews from patients, visitors and staff.  The colour is vibrant and the aquarium ensures patients have many hours of fun.

There is no doubt, since the Whale joined the team in St. Anne’s Ward, that the place has become brighter and more jovial.  The Whale’s smiling face has become the mascot of the ward!
